to add a new event
1) Click on the event page in editing menu, and click on the box at the top that says edit
2) Hover just below the upcoming events bar and you should see a blue box to Add Section
3) In the white box that pops up, choose saved sections, and pick one with a picture that you like (we can add or edit these to make them more distinct if you like)
4) Edit the text and button if you’re using it, or delete it if not
5) Click Save in the upper left corner (command + S won’t work here) and then exit and your page will be updated.
formatting tweaks
1) Remove extra space at the bottom of a section by clicking in the blank side area of the section, and use the blue box lower right of that section to pull excess rows up
2) Use soft returns (shift+return) to keep text grouped together) and hard returns to create separation
to move an event from upcoming to past
1) Click on the section
2) In the white box upper right, use the down arrow to nudge it down to the past events section
